Acceptance of terms

By downloading or using Buckwise, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app. Buckwise is operated by Code Luna Pty Ltd, an Australian company ("we", "us", "our").

The service

Buckwise is a personal subscription tracking application available on iOS and Android. It allows you to record, organise, and receive reminders about your recurring payments. Buckwise does not connect to your bank accounts, does not process payments on your behalf, and does not guarantee the accuracy of any subscription cost or renewal date — that data is entered and maintained by you.

In-app purchases

Buckwise offers a one-time, non-consumable "Buckwise Pro" purchase that unlocks premium features. This purchase is final and non-refundable except as required by applicable law or the policies of Apple App Store or Google Play. All purchases are processed by Apple or Google — we do not handle payment details directly. Once purchased, Buckwise Pro can be restored on any device signed in to the same Apple ID or Google account.

Acceptable use

You agree to use Buckwise only for its intended purpose of personal subscription tracking. You must not:

• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the app
• Use the app in any unlawful manner
• Submit false or misleading information via the brand request form or any other input

Cloud Sync and account

Cloud Sync is optional. If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the security of your sign-in credentials. You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from within the app. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Disclaimer of warranties

Buckwise is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that it will meet your specific requirements. To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Code Luna Pty Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Buckwise, including any missed payments or financial loss. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for the app.

Intellectual property

All content, design, and code in Buckwise is owned by Code Luna Pty Ltd. Third-party brand logos displayed in the app are trademarks of their respective owners, used solely for identification purposes within your personal subscription list.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect any changes. Continued use of Buckwise after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
